(Texas) - Richard is 110 years old and believed to be the oldest World War II veteran in the U.S. Because of his age he needs some help with daily activities and his caretaker actually started experiencing some issues of her own. Richard's family thought he would need to be moved into an assisted living facility. Richard did not want to leave his home. He loves his front porch!
