(Tennessee) – Videll Woods has been cutting hair one day a week for the past 5 years at a local elementary school. He has given away a total of about 1,800 haircuts.
After the kids first haircut he gives them a homework sheet in order for kids to get the next haircut they bring the completed sheet back to him.
